Specialist in Maintenance Support
Every year, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency makes 21 million decisions that affect people's lives and the entire society. We disburse approximately 260 billion SEK each year. In maintenance support, all specialists belong to the same unit and work closely together. You have the opportunity to work in Jönköping, Gothenburg, or Lidköping.
Coaching, Development, and Collaboration
As a specialist, you provide advice and support to case officers regarding insurance interpretation and current processing procedures. By coaching the case officers, you contribute to ensuring they have the right skills to meet the needs of applicants and insured individuals. You actively contribute to creating a workplace learning environment, identifying the overall skills needs, and initiating possible development paths. As an employee at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you have a high level of security awareness since the agency comes into contact with confidential information. Your work includes contributing to the change and development of processes, and you play an important role in implementing regulatory and process changes. Your assignment also includes supporting unit managers with quality follow-up in processing and being a support to the local management team on issues related to your area of expertise. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- has expertise in maintenance support
- has a coaching approach
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- has good communication skills, both orally and in writing
- is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals.
It is an advantage if you have
- in-depth knowledge of social insurance, administrative law, and confidentiality
- experience in mentoring new employees
- experience in quality assurance of cases within maintenance support
- good knowledge of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's website/self-service solutions and the agency's organization.

Other
Two full-time temporary positions, with start date according to agreement. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Remote work may be possible if the work allows. In this recruitment, psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Placement locations: Jönköping, Gothenburg, or Lidköping.
